Is it possible to add a standalone calendar so you can put whole school events in but without having to go through a class?
cheers.
Great app by the way I was commissioned by the school to look into all teacher assistant apps. I have trialled most and this is by far the most useful and user friendly.

Hi jerseyterrier,
Some of our users simply create a generic class for that purpose, and keep track of that kind of info.
We're now about to release a major update which will provide a global planner view with all your class diairies on sight, but again, events (other than iCal events) must be linked to a class. Work in progress on that!
For short events, we recommend to add them as iCal events, that will in turn be reflected in all your classes at once, and will appear in the rest of apps connected to your iPad's/iCloud events database.
Regards
