How to Erase from the Trash

Hello! I've been using iDoceo for years, deleting kids, classes, and grades - happily knowing it was in the trash in case I made a mistake. But I didn't realize quite how much I had in there until recently! No big deal - I went into the trash, highlighted a class, tapped the red trashcan and selected 'erase (1 items)' - nothing happened. So I tried multiple - nothing. I tried 'Erase all' - nothing.

I'm super glad that I won't accidentally lose any info, but I really need to get rid of the excess files! Any ideas how I can actually, truly erase things from my trash? What am I missing here?

Please update your version of iDoceo to 7.0.20 and you will be able to 'erase all'
