Invalid Room PIN with Idoceo connect

Hi - I've been trying to test out the self evaluation feature using the rom pin to access the rubric for the students but I cant seem to get the students into the connect web page - it always returns an invalid room pin.

I am I doing something wrong?

Edit: iDoceo Connect does not support IE11 at the moment. We will add support for it in the very near future.
