Hi - I want to export my grade book as .xls file and have the icon's shown when exported, can I do this? It seems to show a 0 where I've got a tick icon.

Hi julielan,
Which iDoceo version are you working with? Check it in Settings > About or send us an e-mail from the app > Help > Support&Suggestions

Make sure the 'Add icons description in cell' option is enabled before exporting and if still does not work look for the assigned XLS icon in main screen settings > Icons for the icons you are using.
The tick icon should have an Excel check mark assigned by default already.

Still no joy - all this was ok. It works in my attendance tab but not in others I have created. The icon also appears if I've typed a comment with it but if there is a tick or cross on it's own it exports as a '0'

Then the option that's missing is 'Save all cells as text', make sure it is enabled
