iCloud unavailable was created by Cbaxter2088
Hi. I have just downloaded IDoceo onto a new iPad and am trying to restore all of my data from a backup. Whenever I try to do this (using IDoceo settings) it tells me that iCloud is unavailable!
Aaaargh!
If I look in the iPad settings at the files saved in the iCloud the back up is there, but IDoceo fails to find it.
Any advice would be gratefully received!

There is no iCloud Drive option in my settings, if I click on manage storage I can see that the IDoceo files are there though.

You have to focus then on getting the iCloud Drive icon in your iCloud settings or iCloud Drive won't be available for any of your apps.

You should start here
support.apple.com/en-us/HT204025

If you still have your old iPad and do not want to deal with Apple's settings and accounts, backup anywhere else, Dropbox or Google Drive and then restore from iDoceo

I thought that would be a good idea too, however with 2 hours of handing it in IT support had wiped it! I'll have a go at the above. Thanks
