Student Report

Hi Bert

I have just sent out a student report to both parents and students. About half way through iDoceo crashed. Is there anyway I can start half way through the list of students so that I dont have some parents receiving multiple emails. This happens quite a lot and is a little frustrating.

Hello Digi,
That crash depends on iOS I'm afraid and it can't be avoided unless Apple solves it on their side. Believe me, it is even more frustrating for us.

Before sending a batch of e-mails try restarting your iPad by pressing both the home and top buttons.

Now, to send that report to the remaining students/parents use the students filter on top. Keep on screen the students you'd like to send the report to and export > Student report

No sign of the email in spam, no worries though. Just backing up and sending some reports out and then will give it a whirl. I hope you have those filter widgets ready this time?

Is there a list of the new features anywhere?

My planner is really shrunk, I cannot read any of the text for my lessons!!!

You will see the details in TestFlight.
You should be able to resize the planner as usual but if it doesn't work, install the App store's official version back
