Dear anyone who can help,
I've been trying to send student reports to parents within a class and it just won't work I'm afraid. I can send student reports to students in the same class, though with parents it just won't go past the "to parents" button (picture attached) - it just reverts back to the grade book.
I've also tried simply sending an email to parents for some data column, and while that will open my mail app, no parent emails appear. When I try the same for students, I do see the student emails in the bcc field.
Any help would be appreciated!

Hello Daniel,
I can't see the photo but the parents email works just like the students'.
Make sure that:
- you are attaching that e-mail on the right field - i.e. not user defined - in the student's personal sheet.
- the e-mail address is valid. The mail app will filter out invalid e-mails that do not have the @ sign, have a whitespace in front or do not have a valid domain.
Try attaching that screenshot again and we'll give it a look

Thanks so much! I'm afraid it was my error - I had imported parent emails myself into a user-defined column, so I changed the column heading to the correct format of !parentemail.
