Exporting all type of data

I have started a new academic year and would like to 'archive' / export all students files to be kept as a record for 2015.
When I try to export in different formats... none of them include photos attached to the gradebook.
The photos are taking up a lot of storage on my ipad and I cant just 'hide' the classes.

Is there anyway to export all the data attached to a student file?

Yes, you have to use iDoceo's templates explained here

From the gradebook view, tap on Export > Share, make sure you enable all the options, resources, gradebook, students, etc.
This template includes all data and photos and can easily be imported back into iDoceo if you ever need to review its data.
Before definitely erasing any data, do a full backup (main screen, cloud icon top bar)
After erasing your classes and if you need that space, make sure you erase them from the recycle bin as well: main screen > three dots button (top central bar) > Recycle > Erase all
