Ipad or Ipad Mini???

I have been shown idoceo by a colleague and am now thinking about buying an ipad. I wanted peoples thoughts about going down the ipad air or ipad mini route?

What have people got and if they have used it in both which do they prefer!

I'm working from an iPad mini and it is fine. A lot of my colleagues who have an ipad from school have the larger iPad and some the air, but since I haven't used iDoceo with theirs, I can't comment.
I am really happy to use iDoceo on the mini, it's very legible and I can do anything I need.
