OneDrive

Hi,

I have been trying to import student photos and chose the option to do this through OneDrive. For some reason I can't log-in to my OneDrive account (not sure why, as I have a valid account which I use at work all the time), but now it wont let me chose any other mehod of importing ie Dropbox. Therefore I'm stuck and I can't do anything to move myself on.

Any help with this would be much appreciated as I'm desperately trying to fully set up my planner as soon as I can.

Maybe you are trying to log in into an Office 365 or One Drive for business account which is not compatible with One Drive yet.
I'll send you some credentials so that you can successfully log in and out and select Dropbox as your default method.
