Printing Sudent reports - Text comments cut off

Hi

I marked some student work, giving them grades and then writing a comment in a final column. I wanted to print out bulk student reports and have my comments box printed out. Unfortunatly, whenever I want to print out the student reports, my comments are cut off after just a few lines. Is there a way to include my complete comments in the student report?

Hello hardihood,
You should include those comments as annotations on a cell instead of creating an additional column.
The annotations (tap and hold on a cell > Bubble icon) will let you add plenty of text and even include images,files, and audio.
You will easily view its contents with a single tap on a cell. A detailed explanation can be found here

Wow, how simple. I will now put all my comments as annotations to my overall mark - i can even annotate each mark If i need to expalin why I have given that mark to that student. Thanks so much. Idoceo is a fantastica application. I finally am getting my head around it and learning its power.
