Is it possible to create my own icons to enter. We have grades at school such as A(-) and B++ and so I wondered if I could set these up in my mark book so that I could just click on them rather than having to type them in each time?
Thank you in anticipation

Hello Karen,
The icons in iDoceo are the same for all users. It is required because we offer many options to share configurations and grade books between our users and it would be really complex to match user defined icons.
You will find the full list of icons in the Settings (on the ruler) > Icons and here you will be able to enable some more.
If you're worried about inserting icons on cells, this is the fastest method, we call it custom editors
Regards

I forgot to mention another interesting combination.
You can enable it from Settings (on the ruler) > Column Editors > Quick text
If you enable this 'Quick text' editor on a column it will show all the possible grades as buttons. It takes into account the grade type configured in that particular column
It would look like this
