Student Privacy

I know that all the data is encrypted when I back up my gradebook, but are iDoceo employees able to see our students' personal information (i.e. names, photos, student ID, etc.)? Because of an update to our school district's privacy policy, my co-teacher and I are very concerned we might not be allowed to use iDoceo anymore if there is anyone who can see student info other than ourselves.

We have no access to any of your data.
Everything is locally kept in your iPad and the backups
are stored in your private Dropbox / Google Drive or iCloud
account to which we have no access.
