Is it possible to email a day schedule with files,photos etc.

If you'd like to send a specific class' day, open the Class > Diary (either Day, week or month) and tap on the options button.

When the e-mail composer is on screen you'll be able to change the recipient. By default it will add your students, but you can edit that list.
We'll add a new e-mail field in the class' properties in order to send e-mails easily to HT or other specific addresses in our next update
