date in cell was created by gsutt0
Hey team,
having a few issues with the Date in Cell function - it is coming up at 09/02 even when I choose "Today" (10/02). I thought it might be a timezone issue as I am in Australia, but when I manually overrode it and chose 10-Feb-2014 in the scroll menu it still displays at 09/02. Anyone else have this issue? Any ideas?
Thanks gang
Georgie

Hi Georgie,
Yes, the date in cell function will fail if selected manually. It will show one day less. This doesn't have to do with the timezone, it is a bug. I've just checked it.
On the other hand, dhe date that appears automatically when editing cell should work properly ... but if it isn't working for you this one will probably have to do with the time zone.
In short... two problems with the same issue in case one wasn't enough...
We'll work on this for our next major update, the only workaround for this would be to select one day ahead, but it is a lousy workaround I know...
