Photo and video back up problem

Hi there, I have currently needed to down size fron ipad to Ipad mini for the convenience. I managed to transfer classes over through back up and restore but it never brought over the pictures or videos. I have been left with a blank rectangle in Annotations where the picture/video should be. I have manage to bring across all photos/videos into camera roll. Can I get them to automatically restore to there original annotation or will I have to manually put in every picture? Thanks Tez

Hi Tez,
If you brought your pictures into the camera roll with 'convential' methods (i.e. icloud backup, itunes or the likes). The images should be there already.
Make sure iDoceo has access to your iPad's camera roll :
- From iPad settings / Privacy / Photos / enable iDoceo in this list
