Saving last session's planner was created by JRF75
Does anyone know how to save a certain year's planner when moving into a new school session? In the past I have always kept my paper planners to refer to in future. Is this possible with iDoceo? My timetable and classes change every year. Would I just use Dropbox or other backup to access old info?
Any advice gratefully received.

Hi JRF75,
Your planner data is always stored in iDoceo for future reference.
In order to create a new schedule, you must create a new calendar (from the calendar view / Select calendar / Plus button) and here insert the dates of your new school year.
From the planner or diary view you may always go back to a given date, and you'll see all your data in it.
Your old classes can be archived from the main screen, with a tap&hold and hide.
With this option, only those classes that you're interested in will appear on that list.
In order to review old classes, tap on All on top of this list
