How close to letter based target? was created by riverer
Is there a way I can get the app to display icons to show where a student has scored compared to their target grade?
Currently my mark book is set out like so:
Mark / Grade / Compared to target
and I manually count the grades below/above target and add a cross icon for each below or a tick icon for each above. It'd be nice to get the app to do that for me, either with icons, or colour coding of some kind.
Any suggestions?

Hello riverer,
You'll find here a working template that compares a column with a target grade and applies colors automatically (green - above, yellow - on mark , red - below)
Open in iDoceo with password 1111

I know this is an old thread but...
I have imported this and tried to copy it but it doesn't work. Do the cells have to be the same grade type?

Hi there mgward,
It will work with any grade type.
Make sure that both the target and average columns do have a grade type assigned.
If still can't sort it out, attach a screenshot of the calculus configuration of the On/Above/Below and I'll see what's wrong with it.
You'll see in the image below the actual configuration of that On / Above / Below column.
