Export Gradebook results in mostly blank columns was created by CAReynolds
When I export the sample Gradebook, everything works just fine, but when I try to export my own test Gradebook, most of hate columns are blank. The only populated column uses the yes/no data type. Please help! Thanks.

Hi CAreynolds,
I'm guessing you're using the PDF export?
If it is a large gradebook, you may need to wait a a few seconds between opening the gradebook and exporting it to PDF so as to give it time to 'draw' the screen.

The PDF export works fine. It is the CSV and XLS exports that don't work. The Gradebook is populated with icons except for the yes/no fields, except that I thought that by assigning numerical values to the icons, the numerical values would display when yes ported to CSV or XLS.

Ok, I see now.
CSV export has an option to 'translate' your icons into its descriptions. It is (probably mistakenly) called 'Include icons with associated text'.
You'll be able to change that icon description from any editor that allows you to select icons, scroll down and tap on the 'Configure icons' button.
The 3.0 update will include this option for XLS as well
