Hi Trish,
I'm not sure in which step you're at. Did you manage to import the initial students list and you wish to append more data? Or your classes are still empty and you wish to add the first students in it.
If your classes are still empty, you could simply open from Dropbox or any other app with the 'Open In' function and it will create a new class automatically.
The tap&hold is to append data to already existing classes, and it will require you to move the files you wisht to append into the Apps/iDoceo folder in Dropbox. Our next update will remove this step.
Here a screenshot of what we meant by tap&hold on the previous post. But as I said, simply using the 'Open In' will be a lot easier.
