Is it possible to filter data. I was wanting to break my class into different groups then filter the data to show only those in a required group.

Hi Charmaine,
Yes, you can filter data using the 'Students filter' option on the top bar (in the gradebook).
That filter applies to student names and groups as well. Typing for example 'group A' would show only those students with that specific group and all the options will be focused in them , reports, seating plan, emails, etc.
Probably, the easiest way to assign those students to different groups is by adding a @group column in a CSV or XLS when importing the students roster.
If you have those students already in the gradebook, it may be a bit tedious to edit one by one to add that group. Our next update will have an option to easily change groups for selected students
