hi there, i really like your app, its the best one that i've tried, well done!
Can you please advise what i need to do to create next years timetable and class lists, while holding on to all of my records from the year just finished?

Hi Mr. S,
To archive last year's classes, they should simply be hidden from the main chalkboard screen.
Tap&hold on a class, then Edit, and enable the option 'Hide from chalkboard'
You can later on review archived classes with the 'Show hidden classes' option.
As for the timetable, they can't be stored for review. You can only erase them (tap&hold on the week number) and configure the next timetables.
The current schedule/timetable configuration has been completely redesigned for iDoceo 3.0 which will soon be ready. You'll then be able to create and store different timetables for each week/year and you won't have to worry about keeping its.
