Sharing information

Hi. I have several pastoral leaders who like this app but they would like to share the same grade book on 2 different iPads with different apple IDs. Is this possible? Could it be made possible tat the grade books would sync over multiple devices? Thanks.

The current available sync options are limited to manually backing up your data and restoring it , either in the same iPad or in a different one.

If both iPads have different IDs, then the backup should be done with a shared Dropbox account, or if these are different as well, by manually transferring the backup file from one account to the other. Backups are ZIP files stored in Apps/iDoceo folder.

Our next major update will offer additional options to share data and configurations via e-mail and will include Google Drive as an alternative to iCloud/Dropbox/WebDAV.
