Seating plan problem

Anyone else having problems with seating plans on the app? Almost daily my seating plans are lost. Anyone know how I can resolve this issue?

Sorry for the inconvenience. Some users are experiencing this very same problem, but we couldn't reproduce it.
If you can send us some screenshots (support@idoceo.net) about the before&after of the seating plan , a backup, or some steps to reproduce the problem on our side it would be of great help and maybe we can provide a workaround for the current version.

I'm not sure how helpful the screen shots are. The first one is what I opened today having reordered the seating plan yesterday. The second and third screen shots are from the same class. One has saved fine and the second one is the second page of the seating plan where it has lost my arrangement.
Obviously I am sending the pictures without names because of privacy

When you lose the arrangement , the colors for each student in that plan still remain?

Colour coding is something I've only discovered in the last 48 hours. I believe the colours were lost on one of the plans this morning but I redid it all straight away as I needed it urgently. If I notice any patterns to the problem, I will update this thread.

We've been able to reproduce the issue. The problem occurs when you leave iDoceo from the seating plan, and the password is activated on your way back.
So, as temporary workarounds:
- If you go back to the gradebook before switching apps, it won't happen
- You can set a greater delay to the password activation (from the main board/Settings/password) so as to avoid this from happening too often.
- If you switch seating plans before leaving the app (i.e. from 1 to 2), you'll save your current seating plan configuration .

We'll solve this in our next update
