Sync with other staff

If we were to purchase the app on two other IPads would it be able to sync them all together?

With the current version, there is no automatic synchronization. It has to be done manually by simply doing a backup and restoring that backup in the other two iPads (via Dropbox)
There will be a new template system though in our next major update that will allow you to share specific data (instead of all at once) , but again, it will probably be done manually for the moment.

I have a question about this post. If I was to restore someone else's backup to my ipad, would that then erase any data I have entered? Or would it create a new class with its own set of data?

It will overwrite your own data, don't do it!

My colleague and I did the steps here. It is in her Dropbox under idoceo. She clicked restore, clicked the backup to restore. Clicked restore overriding other data. And then nothing. Any tips/clues
