Start up for new teaching year

Hi,
Can someone tell me the process for staring a new school year. Do I delete last years classes and star again or ?

Hi John,
You should never erase a class in iDoceo, here is what you should do instead:
From the chalkboard screen:
- Tap&Hold over an 'old' class and Edit
- Make sure you've filled the Year(or period) of that class
- And now enable the option 'Hide from blackboard'
Now simply repeat the process for each of your old classes

If you want to restore/review any of your old data, there is an option on the right bottom
'Show hidden classes' that will show all your data old&new.
