Backup Now File Names

Is there any way of naming the backup files that are created when you click the Backup Now button?
The staff at my school will all be backing up to the same dropbox, and I'm concered that backups are going to become difficult to find and retrieve.

It is not possible at the moment with the Dropbox backup, but we'll provide in our next update iCloud and WebDAV as alternative backup methods. Would that suffice?
If not, let me know and we'll try to create an additional folder in the upcoming release in the form of Apps/iDoceo/(username) so that backups do not mix up.

No I'm not sure that webdav or the cloud would be of any benefit. That's unless you can name the file that goes into it?
I think a new folder would be handy, but like I said, can you choose the filename that it saves as, or does it automatically assign a date?

You can't choose the filename. It is automatically generated (in the form DATE_TIME_idoceo.zip) in order to precisely identify the backups, and only show those files upon Restore.
We'll create then an additional setting in (System)Settings/iDoceo so that you can share the same Dropbox account with different backup folders.
