student disappears when class is uploaded

When I upload a class list from my dropbox, the first student always disappears. So I tried leaving the first row of my spreadsheet blank and uploaded again and the first student on the list was still gone. Any suggestions?

The first row should contain the column names. Instead of leaving it empty, type something like Name or any other text and it will work.
