Export daily plans

I am having trouble exporting all of the plans for a day or week. I am able to export as .pdf, but only the text that is visible in the plan window is included. When my plans extend past the size of the window, they are cut off during export. I would really love to make this work - any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello Klutz,

When printing the planner you should use this setting shown below at -at least - x2 . This will
create a PDF with the page size set at A3 (being the default X1 an A4)

If you create this same PDF from the Day planner, more text will fit in.

Additionally, if you print the diary from each class - open a class > Diary > Export > PDF - it will create
a PDF for each class and all the text will fit in.

I think with a combination of this and reorganizing my plans, I can make it work. Thanks so much for the quick response!
