I don't understand how to start again from scratch with an empty program for next academic year and keep my old work book as well? Can you do this or will I simply lose everything

			Hello Kirbyshire,
In order to archive this year's classes, tap&hold on each class (on the main screen) & hide.
You'll be able to access those classes with a tap on All , on top of that list.
If you're working in full-size mode, the one with the planner, you'll have to create a new calendar for the next academic year : Tap on calendar ( on the ruler) > Select Calendar > Add .
If you'd like to repeat a class' structure (with columns and/or students): tap&hold on a class > Copy
I hope this helps!
Regards
