How to use chatGPT and DALL-E in iDoceo

To start working with OpenAI/chatGPT in iDoceo, you need to have it linked to your OpenAI account.

OpenAI/chatGPT and DALL-E are integrated into:
  • iDoceo 9 Advanced Editor
  • Option to Create Rubrics from Grade Types
  • Option to create new exams from iDoceo Connect

Use ChatGPT and DALL-E from the iDoceo 9 advanced editor

If you are creating content using the advanced editor, and you want to use any of the OpenAI assistants, just open the options keyboard (blue magic wand) and select chatGPT or DALL-E, you will see the buttons indicated by the arrows.

Next we must select one of the wizards shown by the chatGPT module, describe the task we want it to carry out and select "Create".
Once the content is created, we select "Done" and "Add" to our resource.

Use ChatGPT and DALL-E from iDoceo Connect

To create a multiple choice exam with chatGPT, proceed as usual to create a new exam.
iDoceo Connect > Exam > Blue Button (+) > Create new exam > Create the exam cover.
Configure Questions > Add Questions > select chatGPT

Next we must describe how we want the questions, select one of the assistants that shows us the chatGPT module, describe the exam we want to prepare and click "Create".

Once the exam is created, we select "Done" and "Add" and the questions will be configured in iDoceo Connect.

Before accepting the exam presented by chatGPT as correct, we can ask for changes and improvements by clicking the button shown in the image on the right.
When using this option chatGPT remembers everything we have previously asked so we can directly describe the changes we want.

Use ChatGPT to Generate Rubrics

To create a Rubric with chatGPT, proceed as usual when creating a new rubric.
Menu > Note Types & Rubrics > Blue Button (+) > Create Rubric with chatGPT

Now we describe to the assistant what type of Rubric we need, we give it the number of rows and columns + 1, the last thing to give it is the name of the rubric.

Once chatGPT offers us the Rubric, we press "Done" and the Rubric goes to our list of Rubrics. Images below
