 1. In this release, you have an improved list for "Add Resources". You can sort the items with a long tap, show them in list or grid view.

2. The Document Scanning option automatically detects pages, scans, frames and combines everything into a single PDF. It can be used as a resource in any section of iDoceo: students, cells, columns, diary, notes, etc.

3. The Menu > Search option now allows you to locate resources. Selecting it will take you to the cell, student, day, or note where it is located.

The Menu > Resources option, available from the beginning, is probably a better alternative to this search as it shows you a complete list. It also has several filters and ways to sort them.

4. The date selection has been improved on devices with iOS16. If you are working with a selected class, you will see the days on which the classes are scheduled.

5. Column properties now have a new "Due Date" or "Deadline" field for task submissions. This date will appear directly in the gradebook, but also in reminders, planner, diary, and timeline.

When you open this due date button, it will indicate which students have not yet submitted the task (an empty cell in that column).

  1. New 'Tag' /Label field in column properties. It allows you to organize your columns by additional concepts beyond the traditional folders or standards criteria. You can assign one or more labels to each column, either individually or in groups from Tools > Columns. It will show you the configuration in the notebook.
You can perform calculations with these labels from formulas. A simple formula to calculate the average of all columns from several labels would look like this. The labels section will allow you to select the ones you need.
