Disappearing students

Ok, am new to this but have so far made good progress.

One problem:

Why do students keep disappearing from my seating plan. It's when I've closed the App then open it again the next day, some have been rearranged and some missing.

Plus, can I copy the seating plan for the next screen?

You should not lose any students. Are you maybe closing iDoceo completely (with a double tap on the home button?).
In order to copy a seating plan, tap and hold on the seating plan number and then 'Copy'.

This Monday we will begin beta testing our next major update and we have added some interesting improvements in the seating plan. If you'd like to join, do let me know. I'm sure those disappearing students problem will be solved but if it is not, I'll be able to provide further assistance.

I've come out of the seating plan before closing the App. Losing students has happened 3 times now. Why particular students, why not all of them? How is it best closed?

I'd love to join the beta testing, though this Monday I won't be around Thanks though. Look forward to seeing if my disappearing students will not keep going AWOL.
