Backing up

Backing up was created by rj
Sorry but I have been able to back up ever since I started using idoceo. I back up to Google Drive but today I havetried to back up and it says it was unsuccessful. Any ideas?

Hello R,
You should try this :

- Unlink Google Drive: From iDoceo's Settings > Google Drive > Switch off
- Restart your iPad by pressing both the home and top buttons simultaneously until it restarts
-Relink Google Drive: From iDoceo's Settings > Google Drive > Switch on and log in

Try the first the quick backup (Backup on the ruler > Quick)
