Is there any way to have a tab for a class where reports are stored. Currently I have only been able to do this with the text editor rights which won't display the whole comment and you have to enter each students record and scroll through to see the whole comment. It would be good if the comment box could wrap text so the full comment can be viewed. Maybe I am coining something wrong.

If you are adding annotations to a cell, you should considering using this option
shown here
With a single tap on a cell you will view the whole text and you can show its in the reports as well.

I think SIMS is able to import CSV and XLS files. From the gradebook view tap on Export > CSV and here you may include those annotations. I'm not familiar with the SIMS side though!
