Markbooks & data entry was created by Sslater
When you initially import data from sims regarding your classes etc is there a way of importing all of the e-mails, phone numbers etc etc that are stored on there as well? should this be included in the markbook or does it get added straight into the student details?
Thanks

Hello Sarah,
All columns are appended to the markbook by default.
If you'd like those columns to be stored in each student's personal sheet instead, the column
header must include a ! symbol (admiration mark).
For example:
the column holding your student e-mails should have the text !e-mail
on its header.
The phone numbers header should be !phone
You'll find here the complete list of fields
Our next update, available in a couple of weeks will have an import wizard which will let you specify which columns hold personal or markbook grades so that you won't have to manually edit the SIMS files
