Add assignments directly in the planner or the agenda was created by Fran20051979
Hello Everybody,
First of all, please apologize me for my bad english as i am a french iDoceo's user.
Up to now, I used to put all my assignments directly in the reminders. That's a very hard work since I usually input both the start date (the lesson in which i give the assignment) and the due date.
It would be great to be able to set directly an assignment in the agenda via something like an "assignment option" where user may select a due date (next lesson, +7 days, custom date...).
I cannot imagine of difficult is to implement this feature. iDoceo is somehow the best app I have ever used. Besides, most of my colleagues use these app too ; it's so helpful !
Thanks a lot for your reply,
Best Regards,
François

Thanks for contacting us François,
We are working on a similar feature for our next major update. It still is in the works but count on it.
If you'd like to join the Beta tests and give it a try once available, do let me know.
Your english is perfectly fine but you can post in french as well!
Regards,
Bert

Hello Bert, hello everybody,
I hope my question is not inappropriate as I cannot imagine how difficult it is to add such a feature, but have you an approximative date of when this feature will be implemented.
As I said before, it's the only thing missing from the application.
Thanks again for your great work.
François

Hello François. It will take time, we can't provide any ETA for features.
We are now focused on releasing our next major update, with a completely revamped interface and many interesting additions. iDoceo 6 is now in Beta test.
We keep improving the app with each update but we can't confirm any dates. We have limitations in budget, time and resources. Our timeline is constantly changing and it would make no sense to give an estimate date that we can't keep.
