Hi,
If absent on a particular day, I’d like to be able to have that reflected in my diary. A TRT (substitute teacher) will come in to teach my classes, but I’d like to have it noted that it wasn’t me doing it.

Hello Cheryl,
Maybe this will work for you: from the schedule view, tap on the weekday's text and you will be able to add a small annotation
