Hi,
As we move into a new academic year, can I archive and keep this year's pupils and add new pupils to the same classes for next September?
I would then have an archive for looking back on without overwriting the data.
I could also create September's classes now.
Many thanks
Andrew

Hi Andrew,
To archive a class, simply tap&hold on it from the main chalkboard screen, then Edit
Here in the class' properties, enable the Hide from blackboard option.
This will hide this class from the list and you'll be able to browse that info at any time by enabling below the 'Show hidden classes' switch.
If you'd like to configure new classes based on the ones you've got already, tap&hold on the source class, and then Copy . Here select columns . This will create a replica of your class minus its students.
Regards
