Any ideas?

Hello Seb,
By default the bulk import tries to connect with Dropbox. If by any chance Dropbox is not linked and it is not installed in your iPad you may face this issue.

In order to solve it: tap and hold on any cell in the grade book > paper clip > Add file > Tap on Dropbox and change to the proper cloud server. You can now dismiss this window.

Try now the bulk import and it will work as expected

Hello again Bert,

Is there anyway of importing the photos once fro multiple classes? I have all 1500 students photos in one folder with no way of sorting them into different year groups.

Thank you,

Seb

Hi Seb. How are those photos named? Are they based on the student ID, their name or other fields?

Apologies for the slow reply. They are sorted by ID.

Ok. If you have imported your students with that ID already and it is shown in their personal data sheet (double tap on student from the gradebook) we will be able to streamline that process.

It will take some time but I'll send you now a Beta test invitation to join the tests.
If you accept the invitation you will be notified of any updates on this matter
