Converting Columns

I am trying to find a way to convert a column into category folder. Does anyone know of a way?

Or of a way of importing a sheet with category folders and its columns?

I'm trying to set up a year long data tracker where the tasks have already been set

Columns can't be converted into categories.
If you import an xls file you will be able to add those columns or you can configure a favorite column(add column > Favorite) and add them in bulk (add column > Multiple columns > Favorite)
