Filter in gradebook

Hi I am trying to filter gradebook by column and want to input text - it only gives me a 1-100 scroll selection though and if I click on the ... menu to select text I still can't enter text.

Could this be fixed?

It can only be filtered by a number or by text if it is a text based grade type. If that is the case make sure the grade type is properly assigned on the column.
