Dropdown selection

My students have selected a topic to research from a list of six.

I would like to have a dropdown list in a column that I can select to show what one they have picked.

So rather than just type it in for each student, I would like to select it from a list.

So the list would be:
Option 1
Option 2
Option 3
etc

Any way to do this please?
