Students' pictures stretched, not cropped? was created by djdekker
I'm trying to replace a student's picture by a new picture from the camera roll. Unfortunately, the little editing window that pops up in iDoceo is of a rectangular shape, not square like the pictures in iDoceo's gradebook view. So the picture becomes a rectangle. iDoceo subsequently stretches the picture horizontally (or squeezes it vertically, which has the same result) to fit inside the square box...
Isn't there any way of cropping the picture to a square shape, instead of stretching it?

Hello djdekker,
That can't be done yet but we'll try to add it in our next major update. As an alternative,
if you are importing photos in bulk, you may use this methods explained here , face detection or importing files
