This is a little hard to explain. I want to be able to take some point deduction from some kids in the class. I've got that part figured out. After the class is over, if the student doesn't have any deductions, they get the full five points. Is there a way to fill in the open cells with the 5 points without having to touch every cell or every student on the seating chart? I have 12, 25 minutes classes each day with no passing time in between. I am just trying to streamline things so I can document what I need as quickly as possible and be ready to teach the next class that is already walking through the door.
Bear with me, I really love this app, but I have a lot to learn.
Thanks.

Sure BethJahn,
Ask what you need to and we'll do our best to explain it as soon as possible.
I'm sure you'll find this pretty handy.
You must first fill at least a single empty cell with those 5 points (or with whatever you want to copy) then tap&hold on that cell and Copy , to All Column , to Empty Cells

That's exactly what I was hoping to hear. You can't image how this app is going to revolutionize the way things work in my classroom. Woo hoo!
