Copying class annotations was created by Spall
Hi there,
I have managed to copy and paste my class planning for new classes that are duplicates of classes from this year, however the paste does not seem to recognise the holidays and therefore I have lost lessons where they are not appearing in the planner due to there being a holiday.
Is there a solution for this?
Thanks,
Arron

Hi Arron,
This should not happen at all.
Are you using the Diary > Tools > Copy diary annotations option?

Sorry, I thought you meant you were transferring your lesson plans to next year and you are just copying the calendar instead.

The calendar for next year has to be configured from scratch since its holidays are not -usually- the same and can't be transferred
Additionally, you may probably want to create new classes so that you can identify one year from the other
