Double periods in the planner was created by CPulf
Hi,

I have been using the idoceo iPad app this year in e version with the diary rather than the planer.

For 2016-17 I would like to be able to use the full version with the planner, however I cannot work out how to configure double periods. Some days I have a class for a double lesson p1&2 and a different class for a single lesson p3, whereas other days I have a single lesson p1 and a double lesson p2&3.

Is it possible to stretch a single class across a double period in the planner? The class timings are correct in the schedule but the planner is completely wrong.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Hi CPulf,

The scheduled times won't affect the planner. The position of each lesson solely depends on its 'Period' configuration which basically stands for 'Row in the planner'

In the current version, the best way of handling those double lessons is to actually create two periods in the schedule/calendar so that the planner can assign those two rows.
