Change of timetable during the year was created by Emilie
Hello!
In January, there will be some changes in my timetable and some lessons (even though they are the same classes) will be moved around. I have filled in some of the sessions already and I would prefer not to lose them. Is there a way to keep the content of these lessons when I shuffle them around?
Thank you
Emilie

Hello Emilie,
You can modify the calendar to reflect those changes from January onwards while keeping the previous dates (and its contents) intact.
From the calendar view, select the first week in January and the Automatic copy will only affect those dates.
If you mean you have added actual lessons or files in January already, do let me know. The process is a bit trickier...

Hello,
I thought I should add to this question as I have this exact problem. There are a couple of changes to my timetable happening after half term and I have already filled in the lesson details and planning (and attached resources) for the whole academic year. (For example, I have a class eight times a fortnight but one of their lessons has changed time and day). Is there any way that I can change the time of the classes that have moved, while keeping the information intact?
Thanks in advance

Hello neet,
It can be done in the current version but it requires a few extra long winded steps. We will try to improve this in our next major update

Thanks, I found a way of doing it by making a dummmy class, copying resources to it, changing the timetable and then copying the resources back. Didn’t take too long thankfully!
