I use iDoceo throughout the school day and have been trying to tidy up this part of my workflow.

I can explain my marking rule in plain English but turning it into an iDoceo formula is where I get stuck. Any chance the app can do that bit?

A smoother way to handle it would save me a little time on most teaching days.

It can in 9.6.0. Open Add column → Calculation → AI Formula, describe the calculation and its conditions, then review the generated formula before using it.

Does it also understand an IF rule, for example only average the work when at least three tasks have a mark?

Yes. Include that condition in the description. The assistant will generate the formula and required conditions, but check it against a few sample students before using it for final grades.
