Drop lowest grade in calculation

For the final grade calculation: Is there a way to drop the lowest grade in a grading set?

 You have several options with a formula but maybe you are referring to this calculation shown below.

Thanks for the quick response. 
In your example, I want to automatically (e.g. via checkbox in settings) drop the lowest "test" for each student:
S1 = 15
S2 = 53
...
S5 = 45.

How can I do that?

If the final grade configuration is what you need, you will be able to do it like this, see image below
